The place was quirky and clean. I was upgraded to an adequate king room. Could use an electric kettle, an individual safe and an iron. I enjoyed the hotel and found the staff attentive. It was in an unbeatable location with a Beatles museum nearby.

Friendly staff especially Lesley @ Reception/Bar who made me very welcome. Also Kevin(?) who aranged for me to check in a little earlier than 2pm when I explained about my cancer and phoned me to confirm this.
No hairdryer in room and no one to contact to get one 8-9am Mon 3rd May. Disaster for a girl!

Great location as very close to all facillities for my stag party. Local bar's and restaurant's close and enjoyable. Night staff very friendly and patient with some of our more delicate lads. Thank you for a great stay and would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again on my next visit to liverpool.
To good for faults.
